What does my computer need to have for the toolbar to work?

The Autology World InfoMate, or "toolbar" will only currently work on computers that have certain versions of Microsoft Windows installed, being:
  • Windows 2000 SP4
  • Windows XP SP2
  • Windows Vista
Due to technical issues, Autology World InfoMate cannot be installed on the following versions of Microsoft Windows:
  • Windows 95 and Windows ME (i.e. pre-Windows XP versions)
  • Windows 2003
If you are using an Apple Mac, or a computer with Linux installed, then the toolbar will not work on your computer.
However, you will still be able to use the Autology World search facility via the FireFox browser.
If you are using a computer that does not support the toolbar, and still wish to purchase this product, please feel free to request that the product be made available for your platform using the [contact us] link above.



How do I download my toolbar?

To download your toolbar, you will first need to log into AutologyWorld, by following this link:
http://autologyhome.autologyworld.co.uk and clicking on the "Login" link in the top left hand corner.
Once you have successfully logged in a "more..." dropdown box will be made available at the top of the screen.
Open this drop down box and choose Download My Toolbar from the options.
Your toolbar will then begin to download.



How does the 7 day money back guarantee work?

If you are disatisfied with your purchase of Autology for any reason within the first 7 day period, you may claim a full refund.
Simply follow this link:
http://www.autologyhome.com/refund.jsp, and enter your username. Your details will be submitted to Autology support and we will arrange for a refund to your credit card.



My account has expired and I have lost my reactivation code. How can I reactivate my account?

If you have lost your reactivation code, you can request another one. Simply follow this link:
http://www.autologyhome.com/reactivation.jsp, and click the link text: "request it again".
You will be asked to enter the username that you signed up with. Your new reactivation code will then be sent to the email address you signed up with.
